Here’s a quick update from me. First, I’m very much alive and working as hard as ever. With that said, the last year has not gone by without problems. I’ve been diagnosed with mild diabetes (it’s improved somewhat due to my strict nutrition). I’ve also been diagnosed (again) with some immune deficiency, which is genetic. In October last year I got a severe case of myocarditis and pericarditis. This spring some wandering rashes and edemas appeared (all over my body) and although I went back and forth between doctors and specialists for three months none of them had any explanation. Anyway, as of now it’s under control and I’m back in the gym and have been training for about five weeks. Considering the past year, my body has responded very well and my current conditioning is quite good. At 5’8 I’m about 160 lbs with a body fat percentage of 5.8 % (Parrillo 9-sites). I’ll probably take that down to about 4 % during the next couple of weeks instead of trying to gain muscle, simply because my lungs are crap and putting more strain on them as of now is not the best of ideas.
Currently, I spend most of my time working on our Talent Hunt Project, two new books and a couple of other soon to be revealed projects. I’ll also attend Scandinavia’s biggest Health Fair during November 6-8 in Stockholm, having my own booth and working with our sponsors Proteinfabrikken. And of course, we’ll be present during Fitnessfestivalen in Gothenburg on December 5-6 where our participants in the Talent Hunt will make their competition debut on stage. Make sure to stop by!
