I’m leaving for Sweden Grand Prix in Varberg (this weekend) in about an hour. We at Team reFORM have a couple of athletes competing during Saturday and Sunday, including my good friend and business partner Fredrik Carlsson (he’s on the cover on my new book, The Body Transformation Guide).
Fredrik will compete in the Body Building Grand Prix on Sunday.
