The Body Transformation Guide

Hi everyone! I’m taking a short break to let you in on my current projects. As we speak, I’m finalizing my first e-book in InDesign (it just came back from proof-reading). It’s a body transformation guide built upon our Talent Hunt Competition (make sure to apply for our 2009 edition here).
The guide will contain some of the workouts and nutritional outlines our talents used to transform their bodies and enter their first competitions. It’s a complete step for step guide covering 12 weeks of training routines, nutritional and food planning (day for day) including supplement plans. And as a bonus, I’ve added a 6-day guide to peak condition through water manipulation (for you out there who need to peak before a photo shoot, an event or competition).
The second guide, planned for late April, will be an all out mass-guide; tweaked for maximum muscle gain and minimal fat gain. It will be based upon some of my best strategies from working with hundreds of clients over the last couple of years.
Both guides will be available in Swedish and can be purchased online through our websites, Proteinfabrikken (PF) and selected gyms and affiliates. English editions are planned for early summer.
