Weeks seems to fly by

Friday, August 3rd, 2007

This past week has been pretty intense. I had planned to take a few days off, but instead I got a last minute article to write for BODY Magazine and a few nutritional questions to answer for the column. I also received a request from Stadium for nine different sport specific articles for the autumn and early winter. And yeah, I have quite a queue of questions for their expert column to catch up on as well. In between this I’m working on a fat loss book for the general public that will work more like a personal guide – teaching you everything you need to know to succeed, including how to keep yourself motivated and taking control over your mind (which is extremely important for long term success).
Nikon_D80I’m also in the process of building my own little photo studio as Fredrik and I have quite a few projects planned up for the future. And photography is something I really love and has been into since childhood, so setting up my own studio seems like a natural step to take. It’s simply a lot of fun! (And a lot of new interesting stuff to learn!)
And as I wrote in an earlier entry, I’m also in the middle of summing up the first stage of Operation Lean Bastard Part Deux. It should be online shortly.
Thanks for stopping by!

Gems on the web

Friday, August 3rd, 2007

If you haven’t noticed, we recently updated Fredrik Carlsson’s website with a lot of new features. Fredrik is a top amateur bodybuilder and a successful coach and nutritionist for competitive Fitness athletes and Bodybuilders. He’s also the founder of Team reFORM – our Competition Team dedicated to bodybuilders and fitness athletes. Among the new features on his website is a personal blog, a new photo gallery and a video clip section, which holds a lot of cool material from the early years up to today. Check it out at www.fredrikcarlsson.com.

I’ve also added a blog to IFBB PRO Martin Kjellstrom’s website. It will be updated with the latest news about Martin and everything concerning his competitive career. Updates will be made by Martin himself and his promoter Fredrik Carlsson. Take a look at: www.martinkjellstrom.com
