A quick update
Monday, July 23rd, 2007I’ve been short on time and energy lately and my focus has been on my health, so the blog has suffered a lot. I’m sorry for that. In early January the Virus that caused me some problems in 2006 re-surfaced and my immune system was severely compromised. After fighting an uphill battle for months, I was finally declared with a clean bill of health by my doctor in late May. I was back in the gym in early June and I’m glad to say that my recovery and progress have been exceeding all expectations. Since a lot of people have asked me about it, I will post more on that journey later.
If you read BODY Magazine (if you’re Scandinavian, you should!) and are a subscriber, chances are that you recently flipped through the latest issue (August, #278). If so, you probably noticed that I’ve taken over the page with the reader’s questions on nutrition. I’m happy that Alex called me when the spot opened up. Contributing with this Q&A and one article in each issue will be a lot of fun. If you haven’t checked it out yet, make sure to pick it up as it hits the newsstands on July 24!
Before I go, I’d like to once again apologize for the lack of blog entries. Now, as I’ve fully recovered and my energy levels are up again, I’ll promise be a better blogger.
