I’m just dropping in to let you know that I’ve added some of my old articles from the Swedish edition of Ironman Magazine. This was back in 2001 and 2002 when Henrik Eiselt distributed the magazine and yours truly was the Editor in Chief. For the time being, it’s mostly contest reports and interviews, but more will be added when I have the time. Please note that the articles are scanned and putted into a PDF, thereof the slightly lower quality. The articles are in Swedish only and you’ll find them under Articles.

I just spoke with Ove Rytter over at Effektiv Produktion and I’m happy to tell you that I will attend the four-day BODY Training Camp Spring 2007, held in Stockholm during May 3-6. I’ve also been booked to give a performance nutrition seminar on Friday and Saturday evening.
