		<description>yo man, that is awesome.  Good job!  I've been steadily gaining muscle mass for the last few months but I haven't seen any decrease in my fat percentage ~12%... I guess I really don't need to worry, cuz by the time I figure I have enough muscle, i can slice that fat away in a matter of a couple months... like you =P</description>
